What is the typical shipping lead time for Unitree robots?
Due to the precision engineering required, robots typically ship within 2-4 weeks. Once dispatched, international express shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do Unitree products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our robots include a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal operating conditions.
Which payment methods do you accept for high-value orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers (T/T). For enterprise bulk orders, we can also facilitate financing and purchase orders upon credit approval.
Can I return my robot if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused equipment in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are software updates included with my purchase?
Yes, Unitree provides complimentary over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates to improve stability, safety, and performance throughout the lifecycle of the product.
