Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our technical support team via the online portal or email with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Hardware for Shipping

  Carefully repackage your robot and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value robotic components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers complete a diagnostic inspection to verify the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
